If you encounter any problem with ordering, selecting the right product length or payment, just give our customer service a call to take your hand and do things step by step. Or send your request and address/delivery details by email and we create the order offline. We'll notice if you have accidently ordered twice or more and we will contact you to settle things. If you have made a mistake or want to change the order in any way (before it shipped), just contact us and we help correct it.

Shipping and Delivery Information
The products are shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping by PostNL, the fast and secure European Parcel Services with local partners for the last mile. PostNL can have local partners like Hermes for Germany, DPD for France and Yodel for United Kingdom. We provide you both the PostNL and the local partners tracking links. For delivery a reception signature is required (outside Netherlands). We put your provided telephone number on the packages as part of the delivery address to help resolve issues.

If available in your country, you can have shipping to a DPD Pickup parcelshop to never miss a delivery. Please request DPD parcelshop delivery with a remark at the checkout. You can also make an inquiry to the customer service before placing the order.

Shipping rates to home and work address based on cart value including tax.
You can return the order without giving reasons, within 30 days of receipt. Send your withdrawal request by email, call us or by post. You pay for a return ticket, but we will make it easy for you. We can send you a return label that you attach to the package. For the Netherlands you pay 6.95 euros per package up to 30kg, for Belgium and Germany 15 euros, France 17 euros, United Kingdom 20 euros. We will then hold this amount of the refund. Send your return within 14 days after your return notification or hand it in to us. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt. In case of partial return, we will not refund the original shipping fee.
