Terms and conditions
The text below applies to all activities and transactions of Henriette Keijzer Tuinontwerp, trading under the name Bamboogrowers, hereinafter referred to as Bamboogrowers.

1 - Applicability
These General Conditions apply to all goods and services Bamboogrowers and any agreement reached between remote Bamboogrowers and consumers.By using the web site Bamboogrowers and / or placing an order the purchaser accepts these General Conditions and all other rights and duties as may be indicated on the web site.
2 - The offer
All offers are valid while supplies last. The description of rootbarrier is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. All Bamboogrowers images shown are a true representation of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer binding Bamboogrowers not. Bamboogrowers is not responsible for any color deviations due to the display of the consumer.
3 - Prices
All prices of items are charged in Euros Prizes can be displayed in different currencies but payment is in Euros. All prices are including VAT and excluding shipping and handling fees. If the customer is not in the country of shipment, the customer is responsible for any VAT or import duties. Bamboogrowers can not be held to price indications that are incorrect as a result of import or printing errors. To inaccurate pricing information is not legally binding. Special offers are valid for the period in which the offer is offered or while supplies last.
4 - Payment

5 - Delivery
Bamboogrowers aims to submit the order within 2 working days after receipt of payment to the shipping company. Bamboogrowers ships preferably with DPD. The dispatch of the order takes place under the full responsibility of the shipping company. Packages are insured up to €500. For delivery a reception signature is required (outside Netherlands). You must examine the package upon arrival and in case a package arrives damaged, please reject the reception due to damage. We will ship a new package if the shipping company has damaged or lost a package. For other problems during the shipping Bamboogrowers can not be held liable.
6 - Returns or withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Achtersloot 122, 3401NZ IJsselstein, Netherlands, email@example.com, phone: +31639365041) by sending an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) at inform you of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to perform the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of the return are for your account. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
7 - Warranty
Products have a two year warranty. So submit a warranty claim, the customer can send the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org. After consultation, the customer can be asked to bring the items return for assessment and possible replacement. Without original invoice warranty requests will not be considered.
8 - Liability
Bamboogrowers can not be held liable for damage which the customer suffers, of whatever nature, arising in connection with the delivery, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of Bamboogrowers. Under intent or gross negligence shall in any case not include damage that the customer or a third party suffers as a result of improper use or incompleteness of the information provided by the customer. Application of rootbarrier is at your own risk of the customer. Bamboogrowers can not be held responsible for non-rootbarrier hitting rizhomen in any manner whatsoever including by drilling.
9 - Force Majeure
In case of force majeure Bamboogrowers is not obliged to perform any obligation to the customer. Force majeure means circumstances that are not attributable to the fault of Bamboogrowers. In case of force majeure Bamboogrowers has the right to suspend or terminate the contract. Bamboogrowers will inform the customer as soon as possible.
10 - Inventory
If the case arises that the customer ordered item is unexpectedly out of stock, then the customer will be informed asap by Bamboogrowers. The customer then has the right to cancel the order. Bamboogrowers will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, but within 30 days.
11 - Questions and Complaints
If the customer questions or complaints about products and / or services Bamboogrowers please send an email to notify Bamboogrowers at the following email address: email@example.com.. Bamboogrowers will do everything possible to satisfactorily to answer or resolve the query or complaint as soon as possible. Complaints will be accepted up to one month after purchase. Without original invoice complaints are not taken into consideration.

12 - Privacy
The personal data of the customer are included in the customer base of Bamboogrowers. Bamboogrowers will never be made available to third parties unless required for payment transactions and delivery of the order.
13 - Other provisions
Bamboogrowers has the right to change the terms and conditions and the content of the website unilaterally. The agreement is governed by Dutch law.
